Keystone

Support

Email support@tocloco.com. Include the platform, the app version from the About box, and, for anything involving a request, the entry from the operation log (⇧⌘L) — it shows the exact call the app made, which is usually the fastest way to tell a Keystone problem from an AWS one.

Common questions

My AWS profiles do not appear on the Mac

Keystone runs in the App Store sandbox, so it can only read ~/.aws once you have pointed it there. Open Settings → Credentials → Grant Access… and choose the folder. The grant is remembered.

A scan only returned 100 items

Results come in pages, sized in Settings. Load Next and Load All sit under the grid. A scan of a very large or production table asks before it reads everything.

I cannot write to a table

Connections marked as production open read-only. Unlock writes for the session from the connection badge in the table header.

Does Keystone send my data anywhere?

No. Requests go to AWS, or to the local endpoint you configure, and nowhere else. See the privacy policy.

Requesting a feature or reporting a bug

Same address. A short description of what you expected and what happened is enough; a screenshot of the operation log helps.
