These terms govern your use of the Keystone app ("the App"), published by TOCLOCO LTD ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

1. Your licence to use Keystone

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in line with the Apple Standard End User Licence Agreement, which also applies to your use of the App.

2. Purchases

The App is sold through the Apple App Store. All purchases, prices, payment, and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms — we do not process payments or store payment details. Any refund requests are subject to Apple's policies.

3. Your AWS account and your data

The App connects to Amazon Web Services accounts, regions and tables that you specify, using credentials you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you are authorised to access those accounts and to read, write or delete the data in them, for the AWS charges your usage incurs, for your own credentials, and for keeping your own backups. We have no access to your accounts, your credentials or your data, and cannot recover anything for you.

4. Writes, bulk operations and deletion

The App can create, modify and delete items and tables in your account, including in bulk. Destructive operations show you what they will affect and ask for confirmation before they act, and connections you mark as production open read-only until you unlock them. Even so, these are powerful operations and you use them at your own risk. Check the preview before confirming it, and keep backups of anything you cannot afford to lose.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute it except as permitted by law, or using it to access any account or system you are not authorised to access, or to break any applicable law or the terms of your agreement with Amazon Web Services.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the App working well but provide it "as is". Features may change, and we may update, suspend, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time. The App depends on services operated by Amazon Web Services; their availability, pricing and behaviour are not within our control.

7. Disclaimer & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, for any loss of data, or for any charges incurred on your AWS account. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its date. Continuing to use the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.
